Anže joined the OPZ team in 2017. He holds an LL.M.degree of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance of Utrecht University, the Netherlands in Public International and European Law. His main fields of expertise are general corporate andregulatory, M&A, banking and finance. Before joining the OPZ team, Anže worked as a Senior Associate and later as an Attorney-at-Law for a large Slovenian corporate law firm (Top Tier ranking) and alter for the Slovenian branch of an international law firm, where he gained valuable professional experiences in the field of M&A and corporate law, working predominantly with foreign clients of mostly American and Asian (incl. China and Japan) region.
